A typical week

Session A

Physical performance session: movement, coordination and appropriate strength work, coached live in the gym.

Session B

Cognitive/mental session: attention, routines, dealing with mistakes and match confidence.

Between sessions

A small amount of independent work, sized so it fits around school and padel.

  • Baseline movement and attention profile
