Cancellation Policy
How rescheduling and cancellation work for consultations and coaching sessions.

Free consultation
You can reschedule or cancel your free consultation at any time by replying to your confirmation email. There is no charge.
Coaching sessions
Sessions rescheduled with at least 24 hours' notice are moved at no cost, subject to availability.
Sessions cancelled with less than 24 hours' notice, or missed, are normally counted as delivered.
Illness and injury
Where illness or injury prevents training, the plan is adjusted rather than the session simply being lost. Tell the coach as early as you can.
Coach cancellation
If the coach needs to cancel, the session is rescheduled at a time that suits you, or credited.
