About

Performance coaching built for padel players.

A coaching practice dedicated to the physical, cognitive and mental side of padel — the work that happens around your padel sessions and shows up during them.

This practice exists because of a gap that most padel players recognise immediately: technical coaching improves what you know, but very little of the training around it is built for padel.

The work here is narrow on purpose. Padel-specific physical preparation, cognitive skill — attention, anticipation, decision-making — and mental performance under competitive pressure, all organised around goals you can name.

Every session has a reason. Every exercise has a padel outcome.

Coaching principles

Start from the padel goal

Training exists to change something on court. If an exercise can't be traced back to a padel outcome, it doesn't belong in the plan.

Physical and mental are one system

Fatigue changes decisions. Anxiety changes movement. Treating them separately is why so many players plateau.

Individual, not templated

Same method, different plan. Your level, schedule, equipment and history all shape what the programme looks like.

Measure, review, adjust

Progress is reviewed against defined milestones — not against how hard a session felt.
