Booking requests: first name, last name, email, phone, country, timezone, age range, padel level, goals and any notes you provide. For minors, guardian name, email, phone and consent.
Newsletter and resource forms: email address, optional first name, and your consent record.
Why it is used
To arrange and deliver your consultation and coaching, to answer enquiries, and — where you have consented — to send you the newsletter.
Consent for marketing is separate from booking and can be withdrawn at any time.
Storage and sharing
Data is stored in a secured database with access restricted to the coach. It is not sold, and is shared only with processors needed to run the site and communications.
Your rights
You may request access to, correction of, or deletion of your data, and you can unsubscribe from the newsletter through the link in any email or by contacting us.
